In Porta, we harness our experience in real estate development, engineering and architectural design, using materials and tools that guarantee product quality and give the customer a unique design in all parts of the product provided by Porta :

Roof

is made of steel frame, aluminum, steel board, warm proof fiberglass and decoration board.

Wall

is made of sandwich panel, EPS, rock wool, glass fiber or PU. The thickness could be 50mm, 75mm, 100mm or 150mm.

Column

is made of section steel.

Door

could be sandwich panel door, steel door or wood door.

Window

could be aluminum alloy shutter window and the plastic-steel window, single or double glass.

One unit in Porta products covers an area of: 18 square meters in length by 6 square meters in width.
Porta provides in one of its products (the quadruple product), which includes the design of the portable house in two floors, consisting of 4 units, with an area of 18 square meters in length by 8 square meters in width only!.
Porta provides the option to submit a special request for the implementation and design of the real estate project, and the request is reviewed by technicians and engineers. Then the customer is contacted to confirm and start implementation.
